Customer experience is always our top priority. We aim to provide you with a seamless experience for the services or courses you purchase from us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us, and we will be happy to assist you.

Neat Roots maintains a strict no-refund policy for the Mentorship Program, except under specific circumstances:

  • If you enroll in our ongoing course, you won’t be eligible for a refund since the course has already started.
  • A refund will only be considered if you have made the payment for the Batch course but have not been allotted a seat in the course.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact on our Telegram¬†https://t.me/NRootsTech within 1 day from the payment date.

Please note that refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 28 business days to reflect in your account.
