In such a case, you must contact us within 24 hours of the transaction. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Refund Policy
- All purchases at Neat Roots are final. We do not offer refunds on a change of mind, missed classes, or partial completion.
- If you are accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, report it within 24 hours and we will refund the duplicate amount.
- If Neat Roots cancels a cohort and cannot deliver the promised service, we will issue a 100% refund to the original payment method.
This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are offered by Neat Roots Inc ("Neat Roots", "we", "us", or "our") for purchases made on neatroots.com. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.
1. Our refund stance
Neat Roots operates a strict no-refund policy on all purchases. We invest significant time, infrastructure, and personal mentorship into every Student, and pricing reflects that commitment.
Refunds are available only in two specific situations described in Sections 2 and 3 of this policy. Outside of those situations, all sales are final.
Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to:
- Watch the free tutorials and project walkthroughs on our YouTube channel to understand the teaching style and quality.
- Read the full description of the Program or Product on its page.
- Reach out to us at info@neatroots.com with any questions before paying.
2. Duplicate payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, due to a payment retry, network error, or any similar issue, you are entitled to a refund of the duplicate amount.
To qualify:
- Report the duplicate payment to info@neatroots.com within 24 hours of the charge.
- Include the order ID, payment date, amount, and the email address used at checkout.
- Provide a screenshot or statement showing both charges if available.
Once verified, the duplicate amount will be refunded to your original payment method.
3. Cancellation by Neat Roots
In the rare event that Neat Roots cancels a cohort or scheduled Program and is unable to deliver the promised service, you are entitled to a 100% refund to your original payment method.
This applies only when:
- Neat Roots officially cancels the Program.
- No equivalent rescheduled batch or alternative arrangement is offered within a reasonable time.
If we reschedule a Program to a later date, your enrollment carries over automatically and no refund is due unless you decline to accept the rescheduled batch and there is no further alternative.
4. Non-refundable purchases
The following are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Missed live classes or inability to attend.
- Partial completion or non-completion of a Program.
- Discounted, promotional, or sale-priced purchases.
- Bundles, gifts, or transfers between Programs.
- Termination of your account for violation of our Terms and Conditions, including account sharing, piracy, or redistribution.
- Source Code Products (see Section 5).
5. Source code products
Source Code Products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because the file cannot be returned once downloaded, all Source Code Product sales are final and non-refundable.
Please verify your purchase decision and review the product description carefully before paying. If you have questions about a Source Code Product, contact us at info@neatroots.com before purchase.
6. How to request a refund
If your situation qualifies under Section 2 or Section 3, send an email to info@neatroots.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- Your full name and registered email address.
- Order ID and date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund (duplicate payment or program cancellation).
- Any supporting evidence such as payment screenshots, bank statements, or correspondence.
Refund requests submitted through any other channel (Discord, WhatsApp, Instagram, or comments) will be redirected to email for proper handling.
7. Processing time
Once we receive your refund request and verify your case, we will respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take an additional 2 to 10 business days to reflect.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not refund to alternative accounts, wallets, or methods.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us first at info@neatroots.com. We resolve almost all valid refund cases quickly and fairly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or for any reason outside our refund policy, may result in:
- Immediate termination of your account.
- Loss of access to all purchased Programs, Products, and community channels.
- Permanent ban from future enrollments at Neat Roots.
Bad-faith chargebacks (including disputes filed after consuming substantial Program content) will be contested with our payment processors using delivery evidence.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top reflects the latest revision. Changes apply to purchases made after the update. Purchases completed before an update remain governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
